Common Sense in Government and the South West Michigan Tea Party Patriots are holding a Town Hall Meeting to educate voters about three important “Right to Independent Medical Care Initiatives” that have been introduced in Lansing (House Joint resolutions Z and CC, and Senate Joint Resolution K).

We encourage all patriotic citizens to attend this meeting to make themselves aware of these critically important constitutional issues and then DEMAND that congressional action be taken so that they have the right to vote on these measures in the November 2010 general election.

Speakers for the event include Michigan Attorney General Mike Cox; Congressman Pete Hoekstra; Ken Braun from the Mackinac Center for Public Policy; Michigan State Senator Wayne Kuipers; and

Wendy Day representing Common Sense in Government.

Former Michigan State House Representative and Americans for Prosperity Spokesman

Jack Hoogendyk will be the Moderator for the event.
