THANK YOU Tea Parties!

There is no question in my mind that sans the attention brought to the problem of Republicans acting like Democrats, and Democrats acting like well..  um Democrats.. in the Tea Parties things would be as they were, and Tuesday’s vote would bring us yet another Democrat in Republican clothing for a congressional seat in our nations congress.  A left of center vote that pushes us further into the socialist realm of international subservience and failure.

The Nation is center right, and the Tea Party thing is working.  The groups that are looking out for the false conservatives are finding them.  The claims of Republicans that they are for limited government were simply examples of prevaricating all too often, as shown by the selection of Dede Scozzafava to be the candidate in NY’s 23rd district.  The pick was identified immediately, and conservatives jumped at the opportunity to flex their political muscle and demonstrate its time to listen.

Dede Scozzafava, the “Republican” candidate has now bowed out, and the Republican party has endorsed the conservative candidate Doug Hoffman as well as promised to financially back him.  Steele acted quickly, and I suspect he was hoping for the opportunity to do so, as the repudiation of the RNC’s first choice by several high profile conservatives was leaving a bad taste in his mouth.

The victory for conservatives made even sweeter, as Scozzafava has now endorsed the DEMOCRAT candidate, which drives home the message that conservatives who want a return of Republican values in the party were offering.

This is one of the greatest “see I told you so” moments in recent memory.

Never mind that she gladly took the Republican funds to support her ambitions while running.. As Malkin Pontificates:

The Beltway Republicans who endorsed radical leftist Dede Scozzafava are going to have indelible egg stains on their faces. And GOP establishment fund-raising organizations will be the poorer for it.

Michigan..  Are you paying attention?

This weekend really stunk if you are a Michigan college football fan..  The weekend also brought news of further bankruptcys by financials..  In fact it would have been  downright depressing if not for this news that puts a smile on my face, and will be hard to shake.

God bless America! Thanks you to Sarah Palin and Tim Pawlenty for your early support for Hoffman, And a really super special thanks go out to you hard working Organizers and Tea Partiers who have really lit the way back home for conservatives and those Republicans who have lost their way.  Its THAT important.
