Prosecuting American ‘War Crimes’ – The International Criminal Court claims jurisdiction over U.S. soldiers in Afghanistan in the Wall Street Journal

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton expressed “great regret” in August that the U.S. is not a signatory to the International Criminal Court (ICC). This has fueled speculation that the Obama administration may reverse another Bush policy and sign up for what could lead to the trial of Americans for war crimes in The Hague.

Unacceptable.  Recall what Huckabee said during the debates for the last election cycle… a little later in the commentary of the video below you will see..

So true.. Nothing funny about her, and understand fully well she still has designs to cede our sovereignty. Obama will bless any actions to that end with a signature of his own.

In the article linked to above, a person in the comments section offers this type of move as the “last straw.” Perhaps. Holding breath? No.
