Greetings all,
This is a reminder that this Saturday, September 26, 2009, our group, LUDINGTON AREA TEA PARTY, representing the Tea Party of West Michigan, will be in the Scottville Harvest Festival Grand Parade. We need to be in line by 12:15 – 12:30 and the parade starts at 1:00 PM.
Our location for staggering will be #24 which is on the north side of Third Street, between Scott and Crowley Streets.
We want a strong showing for this event. Bring your family and friends. The more the merrier. Please wear a red shirt or some other patriotic clothing.
We will have banners and flags and we will be handing out helium filled balloons with the Tea Party statement on them to all the kids along the parade route along with fliers with information about the Tea Party movement along with information on our upcoming October 8th. “AMERICANS FOR PROSPERITY” event. You are welcome to bring your Tea Party signs. Be sure that all signs are kid friendly.
Again we need a lot of folks to show up to walk in this parade, so don’t be shy. This will be a lot of fun for everyone!
