Detroit's New Popularity Proves Costly.

Detroit was counting on the success of the Cash for Clunkers program, that giveaway to get those new car buyers off the dime.  Consider that it JUST started..  and now the Government says there “ain’t no more cash for trash…”  The New York Trippy Times reports:

The sudden depletion of the fund was a surprise.

WOW oh WOW oh freaking scratch the ol noggin super dooper flibbidy jib WOW!!

Who woulda thunk it?  And they elaborate..

Congress evidently did not anticipate that the money would fly out the door so fast; it said that applications would be accepted until Nov. 1 or the money ran out..

You mean CONGRESS didn’t see it coming!??

I can’t wait for health care to be free.
