Michigan's Primary Brings Home The Beacon

My first opinion of the moving of Michigan’s primary up was neutral, but the more I think about it, the more I realize this could be a wonderful thing for Michiganders. TV, Radio, and all the media sources I have witnessed have had multiple references to this “one state recession,” and using those words, has pretty much shown that our leadership is …pathetic.

It has now been shown to the rest of the country, and perhaps some of the world how NOT to run your government. Granholm’s inept handling of our state business has made us a light house, a beacon, not drawing in, but rather warning of shoals, and submerged rocks. “Don’t dock here” the message reads, giving sage advice that if you want to be profitable, you must avoid the unseen threat that is our state government.

Between the paybacks, cronyism, and generally poor economic decision making by Lansing’s liberals in our midst, Michigan’s shipwreck graveyard is now the highlight of presidential primary politics. No wonder the Democrats didn’t have a full ticket here.
