It is scheduled for 6:30-7:30 p.m. Congress’ most senior legislator John Dingell faces the culmination of his life’s work. He will get to defend the utter failure that is socialism. He will have to argue successfully, that Socialism has brought about good things for the area he represents. One must ask, how bright was the South Eastern part of the great state of Michigan in 1954 when Dingell first became a congressman, and what parts of his political philosophy has brought about the success he sees now? Should he first identify what he has personally done, or perhaps highlight the great achievements that have improved life for Michiganders who have entrusted him in Washington with their welfare?
Congress’ most senior legislator John Dingell faces the culmination of his life’s work. He will get to defend the utter failure that is socialism. He will have to argue successfully, that Socialism has brought about good things for the area he represents.

One must ask, how bright was the South Eastern part of the great state of Michigan in 1954 when Dingell first became a congressman, and what parts of his political philosophy has brought about the success he sees now? Should he first identify what he has personally done, or perhaps highlight the great achievements that have improved life for Michiganders who have entrusted him in Washington with their welfare?

Indeed success speaks for itself, he might declare. And perhaps how Detroit has grown to become the shining jewel of the nation, and Michigan’s manufacturing has grown to be the envy of the world, and indeed how such wonderful opportunity abounds!

If it was true.

Unfortunately, the man with the voice of Michigan’s 15th district cannot even read the legislation that affects all of us, much less read the tea leaves that would easily predict the failure that has already happened here because of that legislation. Unfortunately, a misunderstanding of the needs of Michiganders, handicaps this man who has been on the public dole for over a half century. Unfortunately there are people who have actually thought he had enough to offer, that he has remained in his position of public trust for so long.

And now as the public wakes up, even a little bit of understanding that creeps into the psyche of Michigan voters, and people start to wake up in a new day where everything they thought was right, is indeed upside down. The trough is empty, the crops are bare, and the seed corn has been ground for muffins. Even the continued insistence by those who support Dingell to keep the blinders on and remain in the dark finds a new discomfort when the back of the belly meets the front. Its too expensive to go to work, its too costly to hire, and to keep the lights on might mean keeping the cabinet bare.

He has succeeded.

And tomorrow, he will get to defend his accomplishments. He will get to argue that the pain of losing a job to another part of the world is necessary, to protect us from unscrupulous employers who would take advantage of us here. He will get to offer an explanation of how rewarding failure brings about positive change. He will pronounce a victory in the fight for better health care because government can now “control us.”

And he will tell the world that Dr Rob Steele would take all of that success away.

I can’t wait.

Nuff said.

But hey, I get only two Senators to pick on. Thank you, God. The remainder of Michigan woes owes a great deal to the following Representatives.

In the “guess what I am going to do” category, is Michigan’s 1st Congressional district is Bart (Campaign aborted) Stupak. Bart went along with the shenanigans like the rest of them, but since he decided to bail, I won’t say much else. Stupak’s net worth was between $-1,675,982 and $29,996 in 2007, according to Stupak’s mandated financial disclosure statements. A wide range?

81 year old Dale Kildee (Still uses E-Harmony.com picture as official photo here) From Michigan’s 5th Congressional District, is moderate on Abortion, but joined with Stupak voting for Obamacare. Dale Kildee’s net worth was between $198,010 and $496,000 in 2007, according to Kildee’s mandated financial disclosure statements.

Michigan’s 7th district Mark Schauer, voted YES on enforcing limits on CO2 global warming pollution, damaging Michigan’s industrial manufacturing base. He sided with Stupak on the Health care. Mark Schauer’s net worth was between $218,023 and $746,000 in 2007, according to Schauer’s mandated financial disclosure statements.

Gary Peters, the 9th District Michigan Representative, Straight up Lefty, full of support for any individual liberty killing measure. Carbon caps, Obamacare, etc.. Peters is so desperate, he has recently produced harsh lies about his opponent to keep his cherished seat. Gary Peters’s net worth was between $47,020 and $356,000 in 2007.

Enjoying the fruits of the family business, Michigans 12th District Representative Sander Levin enjoys a perfect pro abort record and quite heartily endorses the dream of Margaret Sanger and the elimination of Blacks from our civilization. Sander Levin’s net worth was between $-154,978 and $1,249,998 in 2007, according to Levin’s mandated financial disclosure statements.

Where would we be without Carolyn ‘Cheeks’ (not my son) Kilpatrick? Maybe a little better off. Thankfully, she is going. Pro abort, Pro Obamacare, Pro Carbon caps, Anti Michigan. Carolyn Kilpatrick’s net worth was between $102,019 and $481,000 in 2007, according to Kilpatrick’s mandated financial disclosure statements.

Read the bill, READ THE BILL? John Conyers of Michigan’s 14th Congressional District has failed Michigan for 45 years. It is reported he actually READ A BILL in 1972 before signing it. About as far left as you can go without falling off the flat earth he resides, John Conyers’s net worth was between $-14,999 and $30,000 in 2007, according to Conyers’s mandated financial disclosure statements. Riiiight… Oh yeah, his wife is a convicted felon, for misusing public money. Of course I am SURE he knew nothing about that.

Last but not least, is 400 year old ‘Methuselah’ John Dingell Adamms of the 15th Congressional District for Michigan. It is said he can light a CFL bulb by screwing it into his dentures. But that is all he can do. His votes follow the progressive agenda in a rank and file manner, and have cost this state its once magnificent industrial base. Yes on CO2 caps, limits etc.. A small deposit of $10 in a small bank when Dingell first joined congress now has John Dingell’s net worth between $2,357,088 and $6,134,000 in 2007, according to Dingell’s mandated financial disclosure statements.

Thanks to the wonderful Representatives above Michigan is a thriving… um.. oh yeah right. Is a blighted state, replete with unemployment woes, business interests leaving, and high taxes. Not because they voted in our local legislature, but rather because they did not act as representatives in the nation’s capitol. they did NOT represent the best interests of our state which relies so heavily on its industrial base, and sound moral foundation for strong families.

We have been sold down the river to interests that are contrary to our own. We are nearly completely “owned” by the masters in Washington DC, because of these collaborators with the enemies of Michigan’s best interest. They are enemies of OUR STATE.

Two are already gone.. Its now time to clean house.

It has been suggested Snyder might well have coattails for some of these challengers to ride. Though I will stop short of holding my breath, I will mention I made MY OWN donation for $25 to Steele’s campaign yesterday.

I think of it as playing the penny slots looking to cash in on an overdue “progressive” jackpot.

WANT TO HELP? HERE is Where I went..

As posted at RIGHT MICHIGAN, it seems the left may have come up with a new method to dissuade participation of the “public” from attending, and ultimately “commenting” on such important topics as Health care, and the expected cramming of it down our throats like a bilge soaked tongue depressor. The discovery of such things as: Schedule smaller venues to control crowds. Quietly invite as many supporters (union members, ACORN, BAMN, etc) as you can to try to sway popular opinion of the few who are able to get inside to your side of the issue. And more.. Sorry.. I gave you just a teaser here.. Go to the full story for the rest as John Dingell closes his eyes to some other parts of his constituency Oh.. and related.. another method as pointed out by Michelle Malkin, is to not show up at all.. Cowardly and unworthy. This is the stuff you want to know about, but will not from the traditional news outlets. And the newpapers wonder why they are failing?
