I’ve decided to get into the political scene…not running for office, but to locate and ELECT people that understand and respect the constitution. While I will continue to demonstrate, speak out, etc, getting my fingers into the process THIS year may help to bring real change. It’s what I can REALLY do. Everyone has to find their nitch and DO it!

I believe that there is such a groundswell of discontent in our country. Perhaps himself has really awakened this country from its sleep. I pray that it has.

Bonaparte’s Axiom: “Never ascribe to malice that which is adequately explained by incompetence.”

Gray’s Corollary: “Any sufficiently advanced incompetence is indistinguishable from malice.”

The problem isn’t that BHO, Biden, Reid, and Pelosi, et al. are trying to be evil. I’m going to be reasonable and assume (until proven otherwise) that at least their intentions are noble. The problem is that they fail to realize the inherent evil of their behavior.

Adolf Hitler (who, incidentally, was of Austrian, not German, nativity) no doubt thought that he was doing the right thing all along. But once the conscience is muted, evil behavior is the natural follow-on result. Greed, pride, arrogance, and the like have an amazing power to blind one to the truth.

This is the reason that the Declaration of Independence was written, to break once for all from a government that had overstepped its rightful bounds. This is the reason that the Constitution was structured the way it was, to prevent that sort of thing from happening here.

God help us all.

ACORN and Americorps will become our nation’s basij – civilian enforcers of a politician’s grab for power and an intimidating force in elections. We already have seen ACORN’s federal funding soar under Obama and their role in future government activities assured. Investigations of corruption and fraud have been sidetracked or stopped at the same time the money floodgates are being opened.

Attorney General Holder announced last week that “hate crimes” – really thought crimes – will be the focus of the DOJ under him. Community organizers have always used an “us against them” appeal and leveraged simmering anger. Last week the Senate passed a resolution apologizing for slavery; the sponsor of the billl said the legislative heavy lifting can now start. He meant the work of passing reparation laws.

Expect more anger to boil to the surface and more lectures from our “Supreme Leader” and Eric Holder about racial cowardice and selfishness and the need for one group to atone for sins of the nation 200 years ago.

We will see divisiveness deliberately created by this administration yet blamed on conservatives. It will start getting real ugly in short order. Read the history of Germany after WWI. When unemployment spiked and inflation soared and resentment was everywhere, one man stepped forward offering hope and change and pride. He created a political party and movement of millions of citizens that morphed into a parallel shadow government before its leader attained political office. He used the disaffected to focus the anger in the street and silence all critics…
