Our country, to remain free has supported a strong military comprised of great men and women who have served both voluntarily and otherwise. Though this day is designated Veterans Day, my thoughts and prayers are nearly always with those who have served, or are serving now. And having family and friends who have served, or are serving the greatest country to ever exist, makes me especially proud to salute those who are our truest patriots.

And a couple of special thank yous to JF, a man in my office, a Viet Nam veteran, ( who I know reads this) and KRH in Grand Rapids, who as a 20 year veteran has seen much so we don’t have to. You know I have the greatest respect for both of you, and for your service, and sense of duty to country.
