Where is Carelton Sheets and all those get rich quick scammers Teaching people to buy homes with no money down and flipping them in many case to others doing the same scam. Home prices escalated wothout warrant, even in depressed communities. Of course this raises the taxable value on adjacent homes as well. Those who are fiscally responsible are gonna have to bail these people out. I am fighting mad on this issue. Those who were fiscally responsible should be cleaning up.(waiting for realestate to plummet than invest... capitalism will take care of its own) These people should be foreclosed on.
