"a business environment that fosters innovation" Ok, yes that is VERY TRUE... you MUST innovate or perish.. and sometimes innovate AND perish. "the availability of a talented and motivated workforce" Also true.. Michigan's talent is only a State away.. in Indiana.. "low cost of living and doing business" Not sure about doing business, but property values continue to plummet, so... lower cost something. "good public policy" So says the policy writer... "business development resources and expertise to help you succeed" Only a few mouse clicks away ..in India. Let me point out one at a time..
